S1 E1 • New Beginning

Takanashi Shoko convinces Professor Kyogoku to open a law firm. She also hires Aoshima, whom she previously interviewed and some legal assistants. Their first client is Yasuda, a department head at Kimijima Chemicals who is accused of sexual harassment on the train. The chances of losing the case is 99.9 percent, but will Kyogoku Law Firm fight through and gain victory?

A client approaches Kyogoku Law Firm to represent her in a civil case she's filing because she was fired from work due to accusations of abuse of power. The company’s legal representation is Felix and Temma once again, who has a recording as decisive evidence and reports filed by the three employees who claimed to have suffered from her abuse. With the plaintiff's witnesses failing to appear in court two consecutive times, will they win this seemingly losing battle?

The Kyogoku Law Firm assists Otaka in investigating a murder case. Asano is accused of killing his wife, with testimonies from various witnesses. Someone upload a photo of Asano around the crime scene near the time of the murder, yet he claims to be innocent. He says that he met a former teacher, Mr. Kanie, in Shinjuku around the time of the incident, but his teacher denies it. Unable to establish his alibi, how will they prove his innocence?

Rena is set to inherit billions from her late husband, who supposedly died just a few hours after they got married. Her late husband's son is questioning the validity of their marriage and sues her. Since she's Akira's friend, the Kyogoku Law Firm would be defending her. Will they be able to prove her marriage's validity and let her inherit her late husband's estate? Did she marry him for love or just for money?

Aoshima is preparing for the appeal of an assault case he accepted before joining the Kyogoku Law Firm. The first ruling was guilty and the suspect's mom committed suicide soon afterwards because of cyberbullying. The victim also claimed that the suspect was the one who assaulted him. Will they be able to find any information that can help overturn the verdict or convince the victim to tell the truth?

S1 E6 • Marriage Scam

Shiomi is tricked into buying a piece of overpriced land because his fiancée that he met through a matchmaking company, Rose Bridal, convinced him to and later on realizes that it was a marriage scam. Upon investigation, the team in Kyogoku Law Firm discovers that Rose Bridal has a perfect scam system in cooperation with other companies. They sue Rose Bridal and go up against Felix and Temma once again. Meanwhile, reports regarding Takanashi's illegal participation in defense activities with no license to practice law keep surfacing.

S1 E7 • Marriage Scam (Part 2)

Takanashi wants to gather all the plaintiffs and file a class action lawsuit for the marriage scam. Due to embarrassment and tricks pulled by Felix and Temma, only a few are willing to join her. Takaichi Tetsuya, a famous sociologist, is also one of the victims. However, he is not willing to testify. Meanwhile, no further evidence can be found, especially with regards to the scam manual that was verbally coached to the hired members. Will the Kyogoku Law Firm win this case?
