S1 E1 • Le Secret de la perle noire

Thundarr, Ariel and Ookla find a man with a Black Pearl, he asks him to take it to the village of Manhat(Manhattan), Gemeni a two-faced wizard tries to stop Thundarr from delivering the Pearl. Thundarr eventually discovers the secret of the Black Pearl: It makes him immune to Gemeni's Powers. Thundarr finally delivers the Pearl to Manhat and Gemini brings the Statue Of Liberty to life. Thundarr hurls the Black Pearl at the Statue and destroys the ""life-force"" animating it and Gemini(for now).

S1 E2 • Les Fleurs maléfiques

In South America, Thundarr, Ariel and Ookla encounter an old world train carrying Death Flowers, whose pollen numbs the human will. The flowers are being harvested by Carocks, a fierce warrior race of humanoid crocodiles who wish to sell the Death Flowers to an evil Wizard. After the first encounter with the Carocks, Thundarr and Ariel are thrown into a snake pit and Ookla is captured and set to work in the Death Flower fields. After escaping the snake pit, Thundarr and Ariel encounter Tai , a swamp urchin who agrees to help if the Carocks' train is given to her as payment. Tai leads Thundarr and Ariel down the river and through a golden Aztec pyramid into the valley beyond. Ookla, under the mind-numbing spell of the death flowers, does battle with Thundarr alongside the Carock guards. Basim, a dangerous wizard who abides in the ruins of Las Vegas, seizes a large number of innocent people and suspends them in a magical cage! Unless Thundarr retrieves The Helm of Power, an artifact that magnifies magic enormously, Basim will kill the innocent hostages. Thundarr reluctantly agrees, and must defeat the forces of Sholow, Scorpos, and Chomm, wizards who also seek the relic. Then he must figure out how to free the hostages without surrendering the Helm to the evil Basim!

Simius and his Man-Apes find and unearth parts of a giant robot gorilla in efforts to rebuild, and then utilize it to attack a village of little people. Thundarr and the group step in to stop the apes and save the village from the giant robotic gorilla.

A spaceship lands on Earth where an alien predator captures people of a village and Ariel as a new source of food. Can Thundarr save them before the alien returns it its homeworld?

The evil wizard Crom threatens villagers residing at the old Alamo. They can protect themselves by using a sophisticated Guardian machine that utilizes flying robot drones that can disable the wizard's laser tanks. But when it blows a circuit, Thundarr and the group must use Crom's moon dial to journey into the past to get the necessary replacement part for the Guardian. This enables the gang to see old Earth and then return to their time to save the village from Crom.

The evil wizard Kublai seeks the Golden Scepter of the Yantzee, terrorizing the villagers of San Francisco's Chinatown in the process. When Thundarr thwarts his initial attempts, he recruits Zogar, another barbarian to engage him in battle while Kublai tries again to find the scepter.

Thundarr, Ariel, and Ookla must stop Judag, a bitter former slave of an evil wizard, from reviving a sleeping demon that's believed to grant whoever wakes it great power in his quest to become a wizard himself. Along for the mission are young counterparts Shara the Barbarian, Merlek the Sorcerer, and their giant flying bird Yeek.
