The series that follows the work of Tameside Council in Greater Manchester is back. The frontline staff working behind the walls of the town hall once again do battle against those blighting our communities. In this episode the council's emergency on-call service swings into action as Travellers take over their land, a whole street of residents call the council when overgrown trees leave them in darkness, and pest control expert Brian deals with a bathroom overrun with mice.
