S7 E1 • Sword Of Perseus

Four bladesmiths are sent on an Odyssey worthy of the Greek Gods: forge a blade from Greek armor and artifacts using the Go-Mai, or the five-layer technique. The smiths wrestle with steels of varying hardness to try to create a blade that would make the weapons God Hephaestus proud. Two smiths get through the brutal testing and head home to re-create the mythical Sword of Perseus. Which smith will return to the forge with a weapon formidable enough to take down the mighty Medusa, and be crowned “Forged In Fire” Champion, earning a check for $10,000?

S7 E2 • General Patton's Sabre

In a Forged in Fire first, four bladesmiths are tasked with forging a parameter specific blade shape in just two hours. To add more fuel to the fire, the smiths are unaware of the weapon they’re making and how it will be tested. After a couple of brutal rounds, two competitors survive the heat and the clock to make it back to their home forges to recreate an American hero’s signature sword: General Patton’s saber. Two smiths enter the battle, but only one will produce a weapon worthy of the Patton name and take home the Forged in Fire title and $10,000.

S7 E3 • The Jian Sword

Four smiths get thrown into the mix when they must Frankenstein a blade from one knife and combine it with a different weapon’s handle. The pressure is on as these hybrid knives will have to perform and survive the brutal tests ahead. After an intense two rounds of forging two unnatural elements together–two smiths head back to their home forges to recreate one of the oldest, deadliest, and elegant blades in history: the Chinese Jian. Which smith will earn the honor of being named a Forged in Fire Champion and receive the $10,000 prize?

Four bladesmiths honor the forge’s legendary power hammer Big Blu by ripping it apart and forging competition choppers. But will beating beast’s high carbon heart, the piston, provide enough steel for all the smiths? After two exhaustive rounds, two remaining smiths head home to recreate one of history’s most unique hunting weapons: the Rock-Throwing Crossbow. Which smith will sling themselves to the title of Forged in Fire champion, earning respect and the $10,000 check?

In this frighteningly special Halloween competition, four smiths shiver to the bone as they salvage steel from the corpses of broken, decaying blades, and turn it into a zombie killer. Resurrecting a blade from the past proves to be no treat and one smith doesn't make it out alive. After the most terrifying testing to date, two brave souls are sent back to recreate a ghoulish weapon from the Middle Ages: the War Scythe. Can one smith survive another nightmare to join the ranks of Forged in Fire champions earning the $10,000 prize, or will the Crypt claim another?

Four smiths must know the drill when they’re tasked with forging a canister damascus blade using different sized drill bits. But when a tough round of fighting forge welds and chasing parameters takes one smith out of the competition – only three are left standing. After a nail biting round of testing – two head back to their home forges to recreate a brutal slicer from Central Africa: the Boa-Zande sword. Which smith’s weapon will chop down the competition’s to earn the title of Forged in Fire champion and the $10,000 prize?

Four smiths are tasked with transforming bits and pieces of old damascus steel into fossil damascus signature blades. Giving new life to old steel is no easy feat as the smiths labor over two rounds to produce fully functional weapons that can withstand the tests ahead. In the final round, two smiths return to their home forges to recreate one of the most elegant and lethal weapons in history: the Musketeer's Rapier. In a final duel for victory, which smith's weapon will be worthy of the $10,000 prize, and earn them the title of Forged In Fire Champion?
