Miley and Lilly reconcile when they are in front of the press for the president with Miley mentioning that Lilly is more of a sister than her best friend.; Meanwhile Rico hires Sarah (Morgan York) to work at Rico's Because he knows it will annoy Jackson, but realizes that he isn't happy with Sarah.
