Kengo and Ryusei butt heads over testing the Magnet Switch when a new Zodiarts appears that is too strong for both Kamen Riders. The principal Kouhei, who is also a Horoscope, orders the Dragon Zodiarts to defeat Fourze and Meteor. At the same time, Gentaro and Kengo have a big argument about the usage of the Magnet Switch. Kengo then breaks off their friendship!

Meanwhile Kijima calls out Ryusei for a battle, and wishes to recruit him and fight together.
