S2 E1 • Outlaws of Orion

A group of bounty hunters from the planet Orion capture the SuperFriends in order to collect a reward. The SuperFriends must find some way to escape from them. The Wonder Twins find a magic lamp, the evil Space Genie of it gives them three wishes, which lead to trouble. However with the last wish, they never used the lamp.

S2 E2 • Three Wishes

Batman, Robin, and the Wonder Twins are thrown into a movie by Mr. Mxyzptlk. Wonder Woman arrives to help a sheriff and investigate why a giant Cobra is creating sink holes. Shortly after, Wonder Woman and the Sheriff are captured by a giant mechanical cobra. Superman and The Atom rush to the aid of Wonder Woman and help her defeat Diamond Jack and his mechanical cobra.

S2 E3 • Scorpio

Zy-Kree, an escapee from the Phantom Zone (who is very similar to General Zod in both appearance and back story) seeks revenge on Superman by turning the Earth's sun red and thus depowering the man of steel while hiding in the Fortress of Solitude. It is up to Green Lantern and Aquaman to help their friend defeat the evil Kryptonian who has the same powers as Superman. Finally he is sent back to the Phantom Zone.

S2 E4 • Mxyzptlks's Flick

After saving a Killer Whale, Aquaman notices the water is on fire and radios Wonder Woman for help who then tells Superman. Meanwhile Aquaman, with the help of his Whale friend helps move a ship from the path of the flaming water. . Solderath, King of the Lava Men, wreaks havoc on the surface world because he feels the Lava Men have been living underground for too long while the humans occupy the surface.

S2 E5 • The Sink Hole

Superman finds a mysterious purple ray that is lifting objects in downtown Metropolis. Batman uses the Justice League computer from the Hall of Justice to try to control the beam while Black Vulcan and the Atom joins Superman in Metropolis. They find out the the Iron Cyclops who is projecting the ray lives on a planet has no gravity and he wants to steal the Earth's.

S2 E7 • Evil from Krypton

When Earth's sun suddenly turns red, Superman loses his powers. The SuperFriends discover that a Kryptonian named Zycree has escaped from the Phantom Zone and is causing the sun to turn red in order to get revenge on Superman. In order to save Superman, the SuperFriends must stop Zycree.

S2 E8 • The Creature from the Dump

A chemical spill in a junkyard produces a powerful junk monster that manages to infect Batman when the SuperFriends arrive to stop it. Batman turns into a junk monster and Robin and the Wonder Twins must find a cure before it is too late for Batman.

A strange thunderstorm turns airplanes into winged creatures. Batman, Robin, and the Wonder Twins must figure out some way to reverse the effects of the thunderstorm.

The king of the Lava Men arrives on the surface of the Earth through an erupting volcano. When he tries to take over the planet the SuperFriends must join forces to stop him.

Bizarro tricks Superman and Black Vulcan into coming to his planet. There the SuperFriends are amazed by the strange world and try to avoid the always dangerous Bizarro.

The SuperFriends travel to Japan when a Warlord from Japan's past plots to take it over through the use of a magic amulet that provides for him a powerful army.

A strange alien known as the Iron Cyclops tries to steal Earth's gravity. As Batman scrambles to keep everything on the ground, the SuperFriends must fly off into space in order to confront and stop the Iron Cyclops.

Wonder Woman and El Dorado must deal with an evil artist named John Palette who paints monsters and uses an electronic device to brings them to life to steal.

An gigantic alien named Colossuss comes to Earth. When his enormous size begins to endanger the planet, however, Superman and Apache Chief must work together in order to get rid of him.

An alien with the ability to project false images of itself stows away on an unmanned space ship. When he comes to Earth he tries to take it over. Superman and the Wonder Twins must figure out some way to stop him.

When a submarine is sucked into a giant whirlpool, Aquaman takes Batman and Robin to an underwater ship's graveyard. There they discover that the crew of the submarine is being held hostage by a groups of pirates who are intending to use the submarine to get back to the surface. The SuperFriends must rescue the hostages and stop the pirates.

At an arcade a witch uses a device to shrink the Wonder Twins and Wonder Woman. She forces them to play games. In order to regain their normal size, Wonder Woman and the Wonder Twins must win games and escape.
