"It's an addiction story, and a pretty powerful one too. Love the work. The main female character design reminds me a lot of the Stocking character ("Panty and Stocking").

Granted, most of this is from a description I read for the video, but the main character is an otaku. He's addicted to the instant gratification and pleasure he gets from living that lifestyle; so much so, that he loses his girlfriend over it (the girl in the picture, who is also seen crying for him). Whether she dumps him, or he leaves her is kinda unclear, but there is some sense of loss there. The "demon girl" stalking him in the video (who he begins to fight against, but ultimately loses to by the end) is supposed to represent his addiction. It's actually a pretty sad video (despite the music and action), but I think that's part of what makes it great.
