S3 E1 • Race 1 - California Nights: Semi-Finals

Semi-Finals The 2018 season begins with Level 1: California Nights on the most technical drone racing course ever designed. Four rookies and eight returning veterans are tested for the first time this year on obstacles across multiple warehouse spaces, with extreme dives, hairpins, and technical slaloms. Who is ready to prove themselves on the world’s largest drone stage?

S3 E2 • Race 1 - California Nights: Finals

Finals: Five veterans and one rookie advance to the Level 1: California Nights Finals. Racing is tight, as four of the six pilots all manage to take a 1st place finish in at least one heat. 2017 DRL World Champion JET struggles throughout Finals, failing to complete a single race. After six heats, NURK and McStralle advance to the brand new Golden Heat, a winner-take-all final race to determine the Level champion.

S3 E3 • Race 2 - Skatepark LA: Semi-Finals

The second race, Skatepark LA, brings the pilots to Woodward West, one of the largest private skating and gymnastics facilities in the United States. Three more rookies make their DRL debut on a course that blends the park’s skating ramps with complex DRL neon obstacles, including the signature Watch Gate.

S3 E4 • Race 2 - Skatepark LA: Finals

Four veterans and two rookies advance to the Level 2: Skatepark LA Finals. A_Nub, Dunkan and rookie Robogenesis dominate the racing, trading 1st place finishes every heat. Dunkan and DRL SIM Tryout Winner Robogenesis advance to the Golden Heat for a head-to-heat showdown to determine the Level 2 winner.

S3 E5 • Race 3 - Biosphere2: Semi-Finals

Biosphere2 is the home of Level 3, the first DRL race to take place both inside and outside. Pilots fly vertically over Biosphere’s highest tower before turning inside and passing through several scientifically sustained ecosystems, including an ocean, desert and rainforest.

Biosphere2 is the home of Level 3, the first DRL race to take place both inside and outside. Pilots fly vertically over Biosphere’s highest tower before turning inside and passing through several scientifically sustained ecosystems, including an ocean, desert and rainforest. It’s a first-of-its-kind course that leads to a never-before-seen twist in the Finals.

Las Vegas welcomes DRL for Level 4 racing right on the Strip, inside the Adventure dome amusement park at Circus Circus. Pilots navigate between active rides and neon obstacles, creating the perfect stage for a rookie vs. veteran showdown. Flying through roller coasters is a pilot’s dream, and the Adventure dome coasters are truly unforgiving.
