S1 E6 • Living Statues
Walter invents a new type of clear paint that is great for fixing cracks and scratches in walls. Mr. Conklin orders Miss Brooks to fix up his office after Mr. Stone (the head of the board) notices how beat up his office is. Mr. Boynton decides to help Connie and Walter Denton paint Mr. Conklin's office with the newly invented paint treatment. The problem is that Walter decided to add a new ingredient to his paint, ""Jeffries Marine"", which turns out to be liquid cement. You can guess why this episode is called ""Living Statues""!

Madison High is looking forward to the big football game against arch-rival Clay City High. However a problem arises when it is discovered that former Madison High football star/present day coach and inspiration to the team ""Snake Hips"" Geary never graduated High School and therefore is not eligible to be a coach. Of course the class he failed was English so Mr. Conklin urges Miss Brooks to give him a crash course and then pass him in English. It is up to Miss Brooks to either be honest and flunk ""Snake Hips"" (whose english is hilariously bad) and lose the Big Game for Madison or pass him and lose Mr. Boynton's affections forever!
