Synopsis · Holding an icebox dripping with blood, Bang Je Soo turns himself in at the police station. Kang Woo suspects Bang Je Soo’s ulterior motive but has no choice to let him enter the station. As expected, Bang Je Soo’s plan is executed leaving behind severally injured detectives as he walks out of the station as calmly as he had walked in. The final battle between Dr. Fabre and the Golden Time Team unfolds.

Synopsis · Agent Jin cracks down on the dark web and hacks into “Doctor Fabre,” a site with information on the Golden Time Team, and for the first time, Do Kang Woo and Kang Kwon Joo make direct eye contact with the serial killer, Bang Je Soo. However, once again, Bang Je Soo slips away from the police and is determined to target Agent Jin for trespassing into his site. Meanwhile, Kang Woo tells Kwon Joo of his past, and the two of them start to plan Bang Je Soo’s capture.

Synopsis · With new evidence of Kang Woo possibly being Kosuka, the boy who helped his father commit murder back in 1991, Center Director Kang Kwon Joo can’t help but be swayed into believing Kang Woo as a possible suspect in the crimes being committed. After finding Chief Na Hong Soo’s ID, blood, and a star-patterned box on a fishing boat in Sokpo Harbor, Kang Ho becomes the prime suspect in Chief Na’s disappearance. Later, in desperation, Kang Ho ends up taking Kang Kwon Joo as a hostage to fight his innocence.

Synopsis · Two female culprits kidnap Son Ho Min who is later found stabbed in his father’s vacation house. He is taken to the hospital and put under intensive care. The Golden Time team finds out that there is a third suspect at the hospital ready to end Son Ho Min’s life and rushes to the scene. Later at the hospital, Son Ho Min is found dead after Team Leader Do Kang Ho wakes up from one of his blackouts.

Synopsis · The serial killer strikes again. This time, the annoying next-door neighbor had gone a little too far and paid the price with her life. At the call center, Kang Kwon Joo meets with Na Hong Soo to probe into the murder case Kang Woo was a suspect in and finds out he’s taking Tegretol—a prescription drug for seizures, manic-depressive disorder, schizophrenia, etc.¬—and sometimes forgets what he does. Meanwhile, Park Eun Soo ex-boyfriend visits her at headquarters uninvited that leads to a code zero.

Synopsis · Kang Woo passes out in the basement where a zombie attack was alleged to have taken place. His team members rescue him and tell him the "zombie" has attacked a taxi driver nearby. He also finds traces of a narcotic that is said to be a hallucinogenic zombie inducing drug and that the so-called “zombie” is heading to a nearby beach resort. Meanwhile, Center Director Kwon Jo receives an image showing Kang Woo as an accomplice in the murder of Na Hyung Joon that happened three years ago.

Synopsis · Kang Du Won, the man who tried to blow himself up at the Samsu Subway Station, reveals that the man who had tricked him in doing what he did is an officer of the Poongsan Violent Crimes Division. With this new information, and despite Kang Kwon Joo’s disbelief, Do Kang Woo narrows his suspicions to Chief Na Hong Soo and starts to tail him. Meanwhile, internal affairs bust Agent Jin while he hacks into the E-Secret database to do a background check on Chief Na Hong Soo.
