The movie is just okay. The character development comes in the last 10 minutes, which is annoying for a 2-hour film.

I was a huge fan of The Office, and will still rewatch it from time to time as a "comfort show," but the creators somehow accomplished an unfunny reboot of the show. I thought they would do something where they keep some of the more deadpan humor, and change the concept, except it's almost the...

That's all it is... Interesting. You're led to believe that they're going to find something deeper or weirder than what it is. There are surprises in the documentary, just not as wild as what I thought.

This concept was beautifully executed with Boy Erased, and I was expecting something similar with this film. Almost everyone's acting was difficult to get through to the point where it was difficult to connect with any of the characters.

First off, no disrespect to the girl who tragically lost her life. That being said, one would think that a concept so bizarre could capture our attention. The way this was done, and how the story was told just did not allow for a point where I could get attached to it.
