Vu sur ARTE, soirée Hitchcock/Highsmith.

Devoid of interest when it comes to the writer (or "thinker"), this talking-heads documentary wears its title well: it is almost exclusively dedicated to her private life (read her love life, and more importantly her homosexuality).

To cover this subject, you won't be spared testimonies of her lovers (and other dubious speakers)... Luckily, it comes with some of her own words (written or recorded). Sadly, it comes with out-of-tune music.

Pretty disappointing for a documentary with a source such as the novelist's personal diaries.
