I think it's my third favorite game of 2026.
It's something I never experienced before, it's the first Control but pushed too a 1000%.
The combat is so dynamic and satisfying. There is a lot of combinaisons ( I used the same for my entire playthrought, but I will gladly trie new one on new game plus)
The level design and atmosphere are just breathtaking, everything is so pretty and original and unexpected.
The story was very intriguing and engaging. Still providing more information on the event prior to the game and references.
Main missions are so memorable.
I LOVE Dylan and I LOVE Zoe. Their dynamic and dialogs felt so authentic never got bother by them. Emily is a lot more develop too which is so cool ! Emily is AWESOME !
The exploration get a little repetitive with the activities available but if you pace it well it will just flow.
I think I still prefer the first game a little bit because I liked it being in a single building but I would gladly replay Resonant.
