A man is murdered on New Year's Eve of 1999. Yet, instead of darkness, what awaits him on the other side is a stranger he soon realizes is The Devil himself. The two strike an unusual deal, and the man finds himself alive again -- twenty years into the future! Now he not only has to piece together what happened that night, but also come to terms with the fact that the world has changed in ways he could not have possibly imagined.
