Somewhere is a take on a successful actor, but absent father (Dorff) making an attempt at a relationship with his daughter (Fanning). The dialogue and plot are okay, but it's the cinematography that makes the movie worth watching. It's very similar to Bling Ring where the production is done very well in the way that it does put you in the moment, but there's always something missing.
