Gaga explique que les paroles de "Eh, Eh (Nothing Else I Can Say)" traitent sur l'amour en disant "Eh, Eh" est une piste pop assez simple qui explique le commencement d'un nouvel amour et la fin d'un ancien.

Elle est inspirée d'une rupture avec un de mes anciens copains.
