"Wonderful" est la première chanson écrite ensemble par Lady Gaga, Rob Fusari (Team Love Child) et Tom Kafafian.

Elle a été écrite en 2006.

Elle s'est classée deuxième au Top 10 des chansons les plus demandées sur WebRadio en juillet 2006.

Elle a été ajoutée à la page PureVolume de Gaga et y figure toujours, avec "Beautiful, Dirty, Rich", sur un album intitulé Retro-Sexual.

Elle figurait également sur une démo réalisée en 2007 pour Interscope avant sa signature. Parmi les autres chansons de cette démo figuraient "Kandy Life" et des versions démo de "Brown Eyes", "Disco Heaven" et "Beautiful, Dirty, Rich".

La chanson "Brown Eyes" est mentionnée dans la phrase "J'ai écrit une chanson sur tes yeux".

Le 28 décembre 2009, lors d'une rencontre avec le Monster Ball Tour à Atlanta, Gaga a été interrogée sur son intention de sortir la chanson.

Elle a répondu qu'elle avait envisagé de la donner à Adam Lambert pour son premier album, mais qu'elle avait finalement renoncé, lui donnant "Fever".
