Typical NYC Coming of Age Series
Girls is a well-written series about four young, self-absorbed women struggling to navigate adulthood in a post-recession New York City. It's funny, and a pretty accurate take on how 20-somethings (especially artists Hannah and Marnie) manage going from optimistic about their careers to sacrificing their creativity to make a living. The cast, specifically Zosia Mamet, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, and Alex Karpovsky all do a phenomenal job.
My main critique of Girls is that Shoshanna is the only character out of the four women who sees true character growth. You see the other women evolve slightly in their small ways, but still are overcome by jealousy or selfishness when any of their peers gain any type of success. The male characters see pretty substantial growth for the most part.

Critique délicate que celle-ci. Un avis de mec sur une série de filles. Ok je suis pas la cible, ça va être ardue mais ça se tente. Girls dans l'esprit, c'est l'histoire de 4 filles, la vingtaine...
